De ziel in therapie

Tegenwoordig is spiritualiteit een officiële categorie in de definitie van gezondheid zoals die door de The World Health Organisation wordt gehanteerd: gezondheid als dynamiek van fysiek, mentaal, spiritueel en sociaal welbevinden. In Nederland vindt tweederde van de bevolking dat reguliere en betrouwbare alternatieve behandelwijzen samen moeten gaan in een integrale gezondheidszorg. Na een filosofische bespiegeling over de verdwijning en de terugkeer van het zielsbegrip, worden in dit mini-symposium vier alternatieve behandelwijzen gepresenteerd waarin spiritualiteit en de ziel centraal staan.

Over het lot van het zielsbegrip in filosofie en wetenschap

Het zielsbegrip is in filosofie en wetenschap geleidelijk gestorven. Voeling ermee keert vanaf het einde van de 19e eeuw in de filosofie terug en dat vooral in het kader van de rehabilitatie van affectiviteit en individualiteit. Maar voltrekt ditzelfde zich tegenwoordig niet minstens zo krachtig, zo niet sterker binnen alternatieve therapieën?

Laat het verleden los

Over een retour naar een vorig leven van onze ziel. Als je het verleden los kunt laten, kan je meer in het hier en nu leven. Dát is het doel van reïncarnatietherapie.
In deze therapie gaat men er van uit dat niet alleen ervaringen uit ons huidige leven nog grip op ons kunnen hebben, maar ook ervaringen uit een vorig leven, waarin onze ziel in een ander lichaam op aarde leefde.

Onbekende en ongekende mogelijkheden van kinesiologie

Met kinesiologie kunnen we met dat ongrijpbare fenomeen, onze ziel, communiceren! Het is een effectieve manier om zonder veel praten het contact met de ziel te herstellen, te verbeteren of te verdiepen. Met kinesiologie wordt eerst het lichaam in balans gebracht. Vervolgens zorgt de creatieve verbeelding voor de benodigde antwoorden voor herstel van binnenuit. Twaalf zielskwaliteiten spelen hierbij een belangrijke rol.

Hand – Hoofd – Hart: voedsel voor de ziel

Na mijn ‘Werdegang’ wordt mijn werk als creatief therapeut beeldend bij de GGZ Kinderen & Jeugd belicht: intake, observatie en evaluatie en het werk van de jongeren. Een intermezzo van 10 minuten: zelf ervaren, observeren of beschrijven. Tenslotte: mensbeeld en de spirituele en transpersoonlijke ontwikkeling.

15:45 uur Drs. Jos Olgers (hypnotherapie)

Hypnotherapie: Heling door communicatie met het onbewuste

Hypnose kan gebruikt worden om toegang tot het onbewuste te verkrijgen en om de onbewuste inhouden en processen te leren kennen. Aan de hand van voorbeelden wordt ingegaan op onbewust handelen, onbewuste lichaamsprocessen en op hypnotische trance. Bij dit alles ligt de nadruk op de therapeutische mogelijkheden die hypnose biedt.
